Summary: We were welcomed upon entry. There was a new person learning the ropes and she was doing well. The room was clean and comfortable. The beds warm and cozy. We enjoyed a drink at the bar and went to a nearby place for supper. We were welcomed back and asked if we needed anything. The seating areas outside the rooms are comfortable and well lit for reading. Breakfast was a typical continental style. All food was served at the appropriate temperature. Check out was easy. Will stay here again when we head north.

Summary: Staff was friendly and helpful. The room, lobby, breakfast area were clean. Breakfast was good. Hot tub was nice and warm. In the process of remodeling the pool room.

Summary: Booked a deluxe room, but was not ready for us when we arrived at 5pm. Gave us a smaller room. They told me they would reimburse me money, but still have not seen that.

Summary: Wifi was out for two days prior to our visit and wasn't notified beforehand or at check-in but was able to arrange a partial refund between the hotel and Expedia. Also walkway and parking was icy and slipped and fell on a patch of black ice, hurting my hand. They quickly came out and added more salt to the walkway.
